Marketing FAQ

The following is a notice of a new process and company policy for ordering marketing materials, merch, company apparel, or other brand assets. Please read carefully:

ORDERING MARKETING ITEMS OR REQUESTING MARKETING SUPPORT

All requests for materials or activities related to company and/or product marketing must be made using the form at this link:

We strongly suggest that you save or bookmark this page. You will need it for all future marketing requests.

As you complete the form, you will be asked for a description of what you need. You can also include a “need by” date or attach images or examples for reference. When you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email, and a member of the marketing team will follow up with you. We will provide proofs for your approval, tracking numbers, and additional info when necessary.

APPROVAL OF MARKETING REQUESTS

Please be aware that a copy of your request will also be sent to your supervisor, who will have the option of authorizing or denying it. The marketing department is not responsible for final approval of any requests or orders. If your request is rejected, follow up with your supervisor.

ORDERING UNAPPROVED MARKETING MATERIALS

Purchasing company branded apparel, giveaway items, or other marketing materials without first consulting the marketing department is strictly prohibited. This includes self-ordered shirts, patches, custom embroidery, or putting a company sticker on a storebought item. You will not be reimbursed for these expenses and may be subject to further action.

The only exceptions to the above are items provided directly from an approved product line manufacturer (e.g., a jacket from UniCarriers, a hat from Taylor Machine Works, etc.).

  • Brochures / Literature (Fliers, Postcards, Line Cards, etc.)
  • Business Cards
  • Clothing / Apparel (Hats, Polos, T-Shirts, etc.)
  • Community Event / Group Sponsorships
  • Digital Advertising (PPC, Facebook, etc.)
  • Email Blasts
  • Events / Tradeshow Exhibits (advance notice required)
  • Forms (Quotes, Checklists, Letterhead, etc.)
  • Logo Files / Graphics
  • Merch / Giveaway Items (Pens, Tumblers, Keychains, etc.)
  • Photos / Videos / Multimedia (Product Photos, Drone Footage, etc.)
  • Presentations / Slide Decks (Company Background, Sales Pitches, etc.)
  • Press Releases / Media Announcements
  • Signage / Displays
  • Social Media Posts
  • Stickers / Decals
  • Website Changes

ITEMS NOT TO REQUEST

  • Assets Unrelated to Company Business (Side Jobs, Hobbies, etc.)
  • Individual Event Registrations (Industry Dinners, Golf Outings, etc.)
  • Magazine / Journal Subscriptions
  • Branded Items Intended Solely for Personal Use
  • Trade or Professional Memberships (company renewals excepted)
  • Travel Planning or Needs (Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals, etc.)
